 Can't get threat/agro warning border no matter what

Love this addon, been using it awhile now, but no matter what combo of options (i'm sure i'm missing something this basic function is in all unit frames) I can't get party members agro/threat border/background to work. I even deleted my saved variable LUA's and reinstalled, clicked restore defaults (defaults will not show party targe...
