CWS does only activates the spellsurge events during the use of the "casting set". You can work around this by setting the "high to casting" and "casting to high" treshold to 100% and the "low to casting" and "casting to low" to 0%. Also be sure to set low mana, high int and casting set all with your +heal weapon.

I really like the addon, especially the spellsurge event. Concerning localization: In the german client it says: Ihr bekommt 'Zauberflut'. If you do not want to wait for the localization, just open "CasterWeaponSwapper.lua" with windows editor and search for the string "you gain spellsurge" and replace it with the matchin...
