Ok it looks like this after my following steps:
1. I made a Backup of my existing 3 Folders (WTF, Fonts, Interface)
2. I deletet Fonts Interface and the Files in the WTF Folder
3. Paste Fonts and Interface froms Mayron into my WoW Folder
3. I startet WoW
4. Load out of date Addons - checked...

I got the same Prob as qwee, i think its the missing wtf folder in the dowload, cause with the mayron2 wtf folder, dps mode works but the new alternate healmode doesnt
