disappearing icons

when i click on the fubar image, to show my sets, I have a hard time keeping the sets visible long enough to scroll down and select one. As soon as my mouse drops below my fubar bar, the icons for the sets disappear. The frame still seems to be there, because I can see the tooltip for the sets, but it's pretty hard to pick the set...
