I'm using Elkano's BuffBar 1.3. I'm talking about the window that holds the timers for these debuffs(say a rogue) rupture, sap/gouge, kidney shot etc. on the targeted npc/player. It starts it out on the middle left side of my screen if that helps also.

I am having trouble moving the window that shows the targeted player/npc's buff/debuff/cd timer window. EBB is unlocked, i have checked that. Also i can move my buff/debuff/cd timer window fine. Any thoughts on what may be wrong?
