Hopefully someone reads this... I am trying to make frames show only when my target is: a) Alive b) Neutral or harmful. As long as I can attack it, my frames show. I don't want to it show every time I loot or talk to a friendly NPC to accept a quest. Is this possible?

Is there a way to resize the raid frames in healer mode? As it stands, I can't use FreeUI because the raid frames extend down behind my action bar (1440x900 res), making it impossible to heal these people.
