 What does the addon exactly take into account?

Hello there
I'm trying to figure how much Spirit I need to match one point of MP5, and I think your addon is a great help in it. Thanks =)
However, I'd really like to know what it takes into account.
1. If I fire Inner Focus or get a Holy Concentration procc, does the addon recognise that I'm staying out of FSR? If so, does...
