Target health bar problem

I dunno if anyone else has come across this problem or that there is a fix for it but most of the time my target's health bar does not display the health percentage correctly. Im wondering if there is anything that needs to be changed, as this is only happenign with the target bars and not party bars as you can see :) http://i165...
