Not sure if you're still using the blue icons yourself, but the arcane torrent BE racial icon was switched for what appears to be a small imp looking icon (looks warlockish).

Out of curiosity, why do you have bar 10 enabled? It's the one under the pet bar, has 5 buttons and is of a pretty large size.
You didn't make use of it in your screenshot, so it made me wonder (though its hidden, so perhaps that is why it isn't in the screen)
