Last night's update fixed all of the problems dealing with Birch and was a pretty substantial update. Enjoy!
I'm noticing another bug - Whenever a weather effect (Moonlight, especially) comes up, the message saying how many turns remain cannot be clicked out of, effectively locking up my game and forcing me to /reload.
