I can't seem to unlock the artifact power bar in order to relocate it. I tried all the unlock commands but nothing. One other question is can I move the bag bar by itself or only can unlock all of the bars together as one? Everything works good...but the most recent Blizz update seemed to have messed up something. Now when opening the world map, I continually get ".... Has been blocked by Blizzards UI" error. I did a fresh install on my other account and the same happens. Hoping you can fix what Blizz broke. thanks. I am also having the same is...
