 Talent Point Detector???

Last night I was doing some arenas, and durning 4 of my first arenas, I was able to see the other teams talent points on their health bar..... But then it went away for the rest of the night :( Is this something that I missed somewhere on the features and how does this feature proc?
Lovin the addon regardless though :)
