I'm aware of the spinning animations getting stuck, should release an update over the weekend that fixes it. Well, I think it does, one cause of the stuck animations seems to only appear after a long period of time and that's hard to test when not raiding... roll on Cata!

That's a problem with the equivalence tables as Blizzard have basically removed a whole load of spells.
Updated version just uploaded (1.4) fixes it. Sorry it took a while.
