 Alternate display locations for the alternate displays?

Currently, I use alphamap as an always-on mid-sized map i the lower left corner with a high transparency, and metamap as my primary display map with low transparency and much larger size. Alphamap doesn't show my map notes, or really any of the metamap niftyness.
What I would most like to do is use metamaps dual display modes ins...
