Anyone help me with this problem? All my tooltips when I mouse over stuff like action bars have like these green borders around them and it kinds makes tooltips hard to read. Any fix to this? it all of a sudden happen, it sucks cause the tootips are kind of distracting. ....please.....? changing UI if I can't fix this.

Another question, how can I move the location of my quest objectives list? Also, how can I change the location of where the tool tip shows? It's on the bottom of the screen so when I am mousing over something with a tooltip it covers up my Recount. is there a /moveui type command that would work?
