 Target Buffs/Debuffs

I've got an odd problem, not exactly sure how to fix it. Basically, I cannot see my targets buffs/debuffs. While I have the config mode on in pitbull, I can see the sample buffs/debuffs, and as far as I can see the buffs/debuffs are enabled.
