 BUGFIX for 1.538

in 1.538 CT_RaidAssist does not register the CHAT_MSG_RAID_LEADER message, this results in CT_RaidAssist missing messages sent by the raid leader (e.g. channel broadcasts).
Here's a patch for everyone who knows how to use the patch command:
