I somehow doubt he would put a limitation of 4 bars with 12 slots when you can have 10 with 12 slots from the default. He streamlines the ui for people. But his designs have never included limitation.

1.) Due to a medical condition I have to be a clicker on certain things. My problem with LUI v 2 is the hotkeys were tiny. And of course changing them to a much larger size brought them out...
