Making no notes of some vendors

I use the latest versions of Cartographer (Cartographer-r30225 ) and Cartographer-vendors ( Cartographer_Vendors-r26605). The problem is that some of vendors aren't marked on the map - f.e. Quatermasters and so on. Also Loot in instances is not marked :( is it a feature or bug? :(
