Pet killing blow

Hi, I noticed a little problem with the Killing Blow event. It works perfectly fine when i finish a target, however when my pet kill my target it doesn't count as a killing blow and show nothing. I tried everything with the trigger option to fix that problem but it seems like a scripting problem. Any help ?

Great addon, but is there a way to only show the health orb and hide/disable the mana orb of any layout ? can't find anything in the config.lua file to do this.
