 2 Accounts only 1 has Metamap Icon

I have 2 WOW accounts on the same PC. I have Metamap installed correctly.
However, one of my accounts can no longer access Metamap. I was changing some of the settings and the map is now no longer on the one account.
I can't figure out how to reaccess Metamap since the small icon is no longer on the screen.
can someone pleas...
