SCT Options showing as red in the addonmenu

Hi, i'm having some trouble geting the sct options to work. Its displayed as red in the wow addon menu and when ever i type /sctmenu or anything related to sct it says its disabled.. i've tryed to get sct to work for about 2 days now and still no luck. i have tryed to install the latest version and even an old one. It still does not...
