I think it's been a won hit wonder other authors have already made 4 more updates and decui not even one which runs for new patch Give the guy a break. He's doing this for free and in his spare time.

The addon that controls the minimap buttons is ElvUI_Enhanced, and it should auto-add most buttons to it. If you find there's an addon that has a button that's not being added, it's likely due to it not being supported by ElvUI_Enhanced.
