My Right action Bar 1 and Right action bar 2 is only visible when mouse over, i was wondering if its possible to make them show permanent?

Moving buffs

I've been looking around for a way to move my buff icons in rBuff, and I cant seem to find anything that works for me, since the .lua is a bit confussing compared to normal -lua's. A little help would be lovely:) //Jutsu
