I'm having the same problem. Reloaded 3 or 4 times, still no fix. Any other ideas? EDIT: So, I got the window to appear on some spells. I guess I just needed a 5th reload. However, I can't get the timers to come up on my Rejuvenation spell, nor any other spell that doesnt directly put me in combat. Am I misunderstanding an option...
