The only way to fix it may be to implement sync with others which means that every healer has to have that addon coz blizzard doesnt let us know the target of a cast while it is casting.

The totems won't hide by casting this spell.
solved by editing core.lua:

Problem: testbars OK but in game there is no reaction.
I use the german client. bugsack shows no error.
I parsed all with devtools and all seams to be ok.
