Cannot re-show

I right clicked on the NumPadBar background and clicked "hide UI". I want to reshow it, but it's not letting me. I'm trying to type /numpad which is the command it shows on startup, (but it only shows this on other characters with numpadbar enabled/shown), but when I type this nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling it to no avai...
