Nothing that you have said has been conclusive. Sure you can disable Prat and the problem goes away, but there other software systems in play even when you have 0 addons...

Spam on opening map?

Ok, I log in, and i get all the "quest name: loaded" messages... But when I open the map, I get more messages, one of them says "Retriution Aura" if I have it buffed... anyway to hide these messages?
