I haven't seen this posted here but there seems to be an issue with quests since they started loading the data for the next patch. It took me a while to figure out which addon was causing the issue, it looks like it is altoholic. What happens is: when you get a new quest, the quest won't appear on the quest list and the "number"...

I tried this fix but found it is only a temporary fix. After playing for a short time the tab moves back up into the window. Logging out and back in will reset it, but it moves back into the window again.
