I should have the one for quivers done in a day or two. Eventually for Wotlk i will be combining these (shardbag, ammobag, and quiver Hiders) into one mod with load on demand based on what class you are and what you have equipped in your bag slots.

For now it just keeps them closed, I may add a counter to it but since the expansion is not far away I will be workign on the new version. In the expansion there is already a counter for your regular bag slots, so I am waiting to see if blizz adds one for shard bags or not. If not I will add one in :)
