New Keybindings?

Hey, i was wondering if it's possible to set new keybindings? Just trying out the UI now, and it's really nice - very clean and very cool looking. However on my old UI, i had set my MouseWheelUp/Down, along with R and ` to be different spells/macros. I'm struggling to find a way now. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks :D...
