What would be really handy would be a option to select the order of the various roles.
As example, i personally would prefer tanks -> melee -> ranged -> healers
Reason is that my AoE heals on the tanks will often hit the melee and same in reverse, so having them together is handy.
But i am guessing each person would prefer...
