 Power Word: Shield Question

Great Mod, i really love it! I was just wondering if there's any plans for having options available in the future for spells like Power Word: Shield where I could have it pulse after weaken soul debuff is gone instead of the 4 sec cooldown? Or even just be able to adjust the cooldown time myself would work too. Thanks =P
