 Chat glitches like shit :O

Awesome UI, but the chat glitches like fucking hell as soon as someone with a special symbol writes sth.
I.E. ô, or î, í, Æ etc
how to fixx this? can i somehow disable the chat "addon"? just clearing the "Enable Chat" in the configs doesnt help at all :O
