No it doesn't mean the addon will work in beta. All it means is that the library that feeds combat log events will work in beta. The addon itself will likely need a TON of spell data changes to work in beta (or work reliably) which will be a big undertaking. And this is all assuming Macaa has even gotten a beta key yet.
