 I can't seem to get Fingers of Fros...

I can't seem to get Fingers of Frost to play the sound. I've checked his code, tried changing the sound file name, etc, to no avail. If anyone has any suggestions please let me know. It uses the "Sudden_death.mp3" when it procs.
