Hi there :) I've tried a couple layouts to see if its the layout or the plugin ... and it "appears" that it might be the plugin. When moving around frames, the party and raid frames consistently reset. You drag, and then the frame bounces back to where it started from as soon as you let it go.

Awesome :) The names and scaling are great additions and work very well. I see where you've also put in a bar in the pet frame for focus. This doesn't appear to be working, however. As an aside, I'm not sure I'm in the majority when I give feedback on pet frames ... I'm one of those that likes to see the pet as a party membe...

I gave the layout a quickie run-through, and my very first thought when seeing the layout's screenshot was indeed "OMG WTF" and they got my raised eyebrow ... once installed, they grow on you quickly. -- Adding in support for ouf_MovableFrames would be the hotness. Something I've noticed ... party targets don't seem to update at times. For example, the health will always be correct, but the name of the party target is sometimes a party member, sometimes me, sometimes the mob. At the moment it's not a huge bug, but it is definitely quirky and disconcerting.
