Check if the AiL column showing proper level for character when you are logged with it. If it does, but "forgetting" it when you are logged in as different character, you probably have an issue with file permissions on your WTF folder. Could you please be more specific? The AiL column display averade item level of equipped items. If certain characters are listed as having AiL =0.0, this means you haven't logged to them in a while, they are nude, or you have issues with write access to your SavedVariables folder.
