First check your WTF/account folder. If there are two folders instead of one then you have renamed the ACCOUNTNAME folder incorrectly which would cause this exact problem because you are using a new accountname folder with none of the MayronUI settings stored in them. I'm having the exact same problem. It installed fine a few days...

Is there any way to move the pvp objectives frames with this ui? Specifically the point capture bar and the team scores frame (ie, the one that shows flag captures in WSG). Other than that, loving this UI. Good job on it :)
