BC will be release soon, so i don't continue BestSpell.
EasyPriest is in fact not specific for Priest. EasyPriest is for Healer, some function can be useful for other class too.

Correct the translation with that :

Snarfle : EPBS don't work like that.
"BestSpell adjust the rank of a spell for low target."
low target means target with a little level.
It's why FH and GH isn't in EPBS, these spells don't need to be adjust according to target's level.
For +Healing I will see.
