There isn’t an option to make the icons grow up instead of down, and I don’t plan to add one right now. You could play around with the positioning math in the “UpdateLayout” functions in the code if you wanted to change it yourself.

This isn’t really a bug, since the addon description does say it only works in English clients right now. I have been working working on getting it working in other language clients, and now that Patch 4.1 is out I’ll be posting a new version soon that should work in most, if not all, language clients.
