Combopoints: should be fixed already. Menu: /aguf. Party pets: /aguf pettest. Disappearing text: update, /aguf reset and maybe try some other layout. Raid frames: /aguf, make sure 'Hide Frame' isn't checked at raid.

Those issues are associated with the last patch for TBC, it should be fixed in the svn branch.
