Yes it would be possible to change the code to do this. However, I believe Ice Block, Divine Shield, The Beast Within, and Bladestorm are the only true immunity effects, since you can still be stunned and CC'd through Cloak of Shadows. I've noticed that spells that can't be interrupted have a special texture that displays now, but it looks odd with certain themes that move the castbar position. I don't have a screenshot readily available but I can post one here if you'd like.
