Alright, i still cant get the fadeout to happen for me, and this time i dug into the code to check it out. And tbh, i dont see how the current code, atleast for me, could ever work for fadeout. The event you use UPDATE_MOUSEOVER_UNIT, only fires when you mouseover a target, it never fires when you mouseout of a target. Which would me...
