I don't really know how to fix it. Changing fonts to one that supports cyrillic language was just the first thing that came to my mind, but It probably won't fix your issue as that's most likely related to programing and simpl...

Missed folder dps/ healer layout setting
I dropped the healer layout. From now on this is a DPS/Tank setup only. The UI is based on ElvUI anyway, so it should be easy to set up your own healing frames however you want them. If you're doing so, make sure to disable StufRaid so you don't get duplicate raid frames.
