Layer issues

I seem to have a problem where sometimes the layering is wrong with Clique and I can not click on the "buttons". Sometimes I log in and it is fine, most of the time it is not.
Does anyone have an idea. Even if I turn off FluidFrames or such it seems to have the issue. Any help would be great, thank you very much.
