I've managed to get it to work on Beta (only minor API changes required anyway). Used my live config so not exactly sure the configuration options work as intended. Will wait and see if this will get fixed (by author) before I try and get it up someplace. If you could upload your version someplace I'd welcome it....

That's the bug I reported earlier. 4.3 has removed the GetNumMacroIcons() function. Icons are now referenced by name not index so all of the Macaroon code that involves the icons needs to be redone. This mod causes an error on the 3.0.8 PTR. The error ends up occurring in Macaroon itself in macaroon_bars.lua line 1061 where it's trying to create a frame using the SecureHandlerShowHideTemplate. It seems that this handler has been removed or renamed or something because it's saying that it doesn't exist.
