please help .... unable to open zipped folder

whenever I try to open a LIGHTHEADED zipped folder, I get this error message - "The Compressed (zipped) Folder is invalid or corrupt" I have since downloaded Titan Panel, Gatherer and Auctioneer and had no problems with those zipped folders .... only with Lightheaded and doublewide Cladhaire ... is it possible to email the f...

I downloaded the zipped file but I am unable to extract it ..... I downloaded on both my MAC and PC laptop and same error message. Please check the zipped file.
