You can set up a filter such as "(-1000000000;1000000000)" in Options.lua. I seem to have totally forgot an option to block the messages in a more consistent manner. I'll do that in the next version.

Thank you for your input. The problem was detecting what professions you have. I had it run when the addon was first loaded, which actually happens before your spells are evaluated when you first log in, but still works if you reload the UI. Uploading the fixed version.

I'm quite sure the "internal bag error" gets fired whenever the bag API fails to do what it's supposed to do. No bag addon should be incompatible with Deconstructive, unless they're actively trying to. I actually play with errors disabled, so I've never seen this. I'll investigate when I can.
