nUI Map panel
 

The map panel works when you logon, but seems that after I run a 5 man, it won't work again unless I reload UI.

I presume that what you're talking about is that the info panel is on the "Map" page but no map is visible? Make sure you're not using "shift-M" to hide the battlefield minimap.
